System4 was founded in Cleveland, Ohio in 2004. We started as a janitorial company providing services through a network of franchise owners. In 2012 we reinvented our business to provide full facility service management to our clients. We deliver all our services through a network of local business partners & we support our clients with more than 60 locations. Our goal is to bring the “big company” facilities model—and all those advantages—to small & medium sized businesses.
Each System4 office is owned & operated by an independent Franchise Partner. This means our clients & service provider partners are working with local business owners who are deeply invested in their success.
